Effective Date: September 18th, 2026

Right Now Sports, LLC (“Right Now Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a sports-focused social media application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use the Services, and the choices available to you. 1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Services, including users located in the United States and users located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. • Your name
  • Email address

  • Content you post, upload, or share, including comments, messages, photos, videos, and other user-generated content (“User Content”)
  • Any other information you voluntarily submit in connection with your account or your use of the Services

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Services, including:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Device identifiers, device type, and operating system
  • Behavioral data, such as the features you use, content you view or engage with, and the frequency and duration of your activity within the Services
  • Log data, including access times and referring pages

We and our service providers use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect this information. See Section 4 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) below.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, including advertising partners, analytics providers, social media platforms, and other affiliated services. We may also share information about you with our corporate affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy, including operating and improving the Services, providing customer support, and marketing. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice regarding these practices.

3. Cross-App and Cross-Site Tracking

We and our advertising and analytics partners may track your activity across other websites and applications that are not operated by us, in order to understand how you interact with content and advertising outside of the Services and to help us and our partners deliver more relevant advertising. This cross-context behavioral tracking may involve the use of cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, and similar technologies. You can limit this tracking using the controls described in Section 8 (Your Privacy Rights and Choices) and Section 4 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies).

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and support advertising. We provide a mechanism for you to opt in or opt out of non-essential cookies and advertising-related tracking through the cookie preference tool available within the Services or at https://rn-sports.com/

Depending on your location, we may also honor other applicable opt-out signals, such as the Global Privacy Control.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for purposes that may include the following:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Services
  • Creating and managing your account and profile
  • Enabling you to post, share, and interact with User Content and other users

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

7. Data Storage and International Transfers

We store user data in the United States and in the European Union. Because we serve users both in the United States and in the European Union, information may be transferred between these locations and processed in a country other than the one in which it was originally collected. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or another approved transfer mechanism.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

8.1 General Choices

  • Account information: you may review and update certain account information within the Services
  • Cookies and advertising: you may manage cookie and advertising preferences as described in Section 4
  • Communications: you may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included with those communications

8.2 California Residents

If you are a California resident, applicable law may give you additional rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to delete certain personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because we engage in cross-app and cross-site tracking as described in Section 3, this may constitute “sharing” under California law. You may submit a request to exercise these rights, or opt out of such sharing, using the mechanism described in Section 4 or by contacting us using the information in Section 13. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8.3 Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut Residents

If you are a resident of Colorado, Virginia, or Connecticut, applicable law may give you additional rights with respect to your personal data, including the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data, the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. Because we engage in cross-app and cross-site tracking as described in Section 3, this may constitute targeted advertising under these laws.

Colorado and Connecticut residents may also exercise their right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data through a universal opt-out mechanism, such as the Global Privacy Control, and we will honor such signals as required by applicable law. You may exercise these rights using the mechanism described in Section 4 or by contacting us using the information in Section 13. If you wish to appeal a decision we have made regarding your request, you may do so by contacting us using the same information, and if your appeal is denied, applicable law may permit you to contact your state attorney general.

8.4 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent local law, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, the right to restrict or object to certain processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our legal bases for processing your personal data include your consent, the performance of our contract with you (our Terms of Service), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, and compliance with our legal obligations.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly offer the Services to minors or to schools. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner not permitted by applicable law, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. User-Generated Content

The Services allow you to post, share, and communicate User Content with other users. Any information you choose to include in your User Content, including in public posts, comments, or profile information, may be viewed by other users and, depending on your settings, may be publicly accessible. You are responsible for the information you choose to share through User Content.

11. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we will delete or de-identify such information in accordance with our internal retention practices.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other means before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
